The definition of feminism that I carry consciously or unconsciously is that to uphold an advocacy of women’s rights on every ground. I think feminism is all about the maintenance the equality of sexes. Such ideas of feminism come from daily experiences in workplace, and public place. Even the social media, videos are great way of getting these ideas. I have been considered of being feminist by others on several times. One experience that I would like to share is when in my workplace, a female employee got less hike on her salary just because she is a girl. When I came to know about this particular matter, I was so frustrated and angry on the management that I went to the HR with that girl.
